Melville Lodge is most probably the location the photo. Written on it is '284 Rotton Park Rd', but that is a semi-detached house nearby, but much further from St. Augustine's church than the photo. Perhaps the address of the photographer.

The photo has been enhanced by the photographer. Charlotte Sperryn's face has been lightened by reducing the paper's exposure time over her face and the negative appears to have been scratched to darken the eyes of several individuals.
